We would like to report about another just executed job by the 7WL Project Team on behalf of our customer who is specialized in the construction of large industrial projects and global leader in natural gas derived products.
The scenario we faced by customer was to move a 64 tons Unit from India to Trinidad. After having checked several different options / routings we finally came to the conclusion that a shipment via Antwerp port would be the most suitable way for this routing considering cost as well as time aspects.
So we have taken over ex FOT Gujarat, India the Secondary Waste Heat Boiler with 64 tons U/W and Spare Parts in 1×20’GP and moved same via CMA CGM Container vessel “Lotus A” ex Nhava Sheva Break Bulk to Antwerp on a bed of flats – shifted the cargo in Antwerp under 7WL supervision from Terminal to Terminal and reloaded onto Break Bulk Carrier “Beautranga” to Point Lisas.
The complete operations – except a small delay with incoming voyage of “Beautranga” due to congestion – went very smoothly and we look forward to see our cargo arriving in the Caribbean begin 2022.
